General Forum Rules
In order to proceed, you must agree with the following rules:
1. Distinction: ethics, real life and hentai art

Don't bash any anime/manga art based on your ethics/moral.
Never bring loli (lolicon) art in connection with child abuse, sexual attraction to real children or pedophilia.

Discussions about loli art and J Idols (like H!P Kids ) are welcome.

Please don't use the word "pedophilia" and any of its derivatives. It's too controversial because it's often used as slander.

2. Bashing, insults, trolling

Never insult another forum member, even if in your opinion he/she started it. Please use report function or contact a staff member directly if there's any problem.

Keep bashing of persons, groups, art genres and characters to minimum, especially if you can guess that it would hurt someone.

Trolling is not welcome in this forum.
(A short definition of trolling: posting a message or an image that ought to offend a group or a person "for fun".)

3. No swearing / profanity

No foul language. Period. ( "damn" & "crap" don't count as foul words )

4. No "leet speak"

Expressions like "u", "plz", "thx", "b4" are not welcome here.
( An occasional "lol" is fine )

5. "Work Safe"

Don't post any erotic content outside of hentai section.
Avatars and signatures must be "work safe" too.
No nude or erotic photos may be may be posted anywhere on this site.

6. No ugly avatars / signatures

"Being beautiful/cute is a good deed." ( PM me please if you know where is this quote from ^_^ )

7. Use Spoiler tags!

If you review an anime episode, a manga, etc. please use spoiler tags when appropriate.

8. "Double posts"

Inappropriate use of double posts:
you don't add anything interesting/important but just "bump" the thread.
For example, you posted a request thread, nobody replied and you reply to your own request "still waiting for a seeder" or alike.
Or you create a thread about a show that nobody seems to care about, nobody replied and you reply "it's such a great show".
Even if you don't need what you asked about before do not reply to your request but edit the request post by adding the status change (don't remove the original request text)

Example for an appropriate "bump":
you add a new information, for example you review a different episode of the show or you've some interesting/important news

9. Common spelling errors / "sloppy spelling"

Try to avoid common spelling errors. You are welcome in this forum community even if you speak English only a little and do many mistakes.
However some words are often written wrong even by native English speakers. Please pay attention to common words like its/it's, there/their/they're, dual/duel, etc. If you're native English speaker (or speak English well) but do these common mistakes all the time, you may convey the ones who speak English only a little that it's correct spelling.

10. Colored text

Don't use colored text for a complete post. Especially very bright or very dark. Please respect the forum theme. Also please consider that reading a bright text on a bright background is no fun. (Later a dark theme might be added.) Few blue/red highlighted sentences are OK.

11. Pro-choice but not obtrusive

For the pro-choice crowd:
- It was always your dream to discuss your freedom/right with "anti-choice" people? Too bad, this forum is not the right place for it. But I hope you can stay and have fun here anyway. Just refrain from the "choice" discussions outside of "Freedom to Leave" section (the section exclusively for pro-choice people).
- It was always your dream to belong to a semi-open non-confronting community of pro-choice people? Heartily welcome!

For the rest:
This is a pro-choice forum. This means no bashing of the people who decide to leave this world will be tolerated. However you must not be "pro-choice" to join and have fun here. Just refrain from discussing this topic and you will not see many (if any at all) pro-choice posts either because we have a separate section for "the choice to leave" topic. Deal?

12. Nicknames (usernames)

It's preferable to use nicknames formatted like actual names: First letter is an upper case, it's followed by lower cases only (1). For example the name "Wired" is just fine (even though it's just a fantasy name). The name "wired" is acceptable, but expect that some members will call you "Wired" and others "wired".
If a nickname written like an actual name (1), the format must be respected. For example a user called "Wired" should not be called "wired".

While "leet speak" in general is not welcome, usernames with numbers and even names written like "wIR3d" are tolerated. But please don't use numbers to replace a part of the word like "b4" for "before" and don't mangle expressions of courtesy ( u, plz, thx, etc. )

Additionally a user "wIR3d" may be called "WIR3d" or just "Wired" / "wired" (don't complain if someone addresses you "incorrectly").

13. No site promotions or advertisments

14. No multiple accounts

15. The forum language is English.

Don't post in any other language. Your nickname may contain only characters that are available on a standard English keyboard.
